3. User Accounts

  • Sobriety start date

  • All activities that occur under your account

  • The Service is a personal tracking and support tool only
  • We do not provide medical, therapeutic, or counseling services
  • Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with questions about addiction, recovery, or mental health
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through the Service

5.2 Crisis Support

The crisis support features in the Service provide links and contact information for external crisis hotlines and emergency services. We:

  • Do not operate or control these external services
  • Are not responsible for their availability, quality, or response
  • Strongly encourage you to call emergency services (911 or your local emergency number) in life-threatening situations
